Step 2. Log in to ATO online services.

Step 3. Select Super → Manage → Compassionate Release from the menu.

Step 4. Once the new page launches, select Apply.

Step 5. Complete the Application

Booking Your Appointment – Average wait time: 2 to 3 weeks.
Your Appointment – Sessions typically last 45 to 60 minutes.
Report Preparation – Your report will be ready within 1 to 2 working days.
ATO Review & Approval – The ATO may process your application in as little as 2 working days, but it can take up to 2 weeks.
